Interview with Joel Salatin

Joel Salatin from Polyface Farm recently visited Australia again, and Joel Spry and myself were lucky enough to grab some time to have a chat. Joel Salatin is author of the seminal book “Folks, this ain’t normal” and has featured in hard hitting food documentary Food Inc.

In all there is about 30-40 mins of discussion on various issues such as food dictatorships, where and when humans went wrong, vegans, paleo, and what it means to be part of our natural world.  very deep stuff.
